DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, a third-party truck driver was on the scene, and his vehicle was leaking approximately 3-4 gallons of oil onto the blacktop, with a small amount spilling onto the street. Before any action could be taken, the driver left the scene. Fortunately, the release was contained on-site, and there was no impact to any waterways.
