DESCRIPTION: The reporting individual mentioned that 50 gallons of a kerosene-water mixture spilled onto the street, and 40 gallons of this mixture entered the storm drain due to a water pump at a residential property. The spill has been contained and stopped. The Department of Water and Power (DWP) arrived at the scene to implement measures preventing further flow into the storm drain. No nearby waterways were affected. A third-party contractor has been tasked with cleaning up the spill.
