DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : There was a vehicle accident involving a single semi truck/trailer that crashed into the center divide causing a rupture of one of the trucks saddle fuel tanks. The material released into the dirt median of the freeway; no waterways affected. The release as been stopped and contained. A contractor (Ten West Towing) will be handling clean up. The the #1 west bound of SR 58 lane is closed. The driver of the truck sustained minor injuries; negative transport to hospital. The Kern County Fire Department and Caltrans also responded to the scene.
