g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, due to a private lateral blockage and a cap being removed from the sewage clean out, a sewage spill occurred at the listed location. The incident was reported at 0809 in the morning, and it was stopped at 0839. The spill impacted the sidewalk, curb and gutter areas of the incident location. City of Oxnard Waste Water Division personnel are cleaning up the spill. The problem was repaired. The spill was contained in a catch basin. The responding personnel vacuumed the sewage from the catch basin, curb and gutter. No waterways were impacted.
