g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party: A tree root grew around a 1/2 inch underground plastic natural gas supply line causing it to rupture and release the material. The release started at 1444 and was secured at 1622 by Southwest Gas Crews on scene. The released material went into the atmosphere and is unrecoverable. The leak has been stopped. 1 house was evacuated of 3 occupants. The evacuation has not yet been lifted but should be shortly. There were no roadway closures or injuries associated with this incident.
