g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, a reactive drum at 10633 Ruchti Road, Southgate, on the loading dock, has been observed with material bubbling out. The pH of the substance is at 2. Initially thought to be hydrogen peroxide, its exact nature is still uncertain. The drum is a 55-gallon container. The area has been cordoned off, and there is no immediate impact nearby. The facility manager has contacted the hazardous waste team, and cleanup will be handled by a high-level Hazmat team.
