g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, a contractor struck a 2 inch air release pipe that is the company's non potable water system. This caused the release of 67,320 gallons of non potable water. The release went onto asphalt and into a nearby storm drain that leads to the Tijuana River. The release has been stopped but not contained. Clean up was not needed due to it being clean water.
