g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : A mechanical failure on a pole mounted transformer caused the release of less than 1 gallon of transformer oil (unknown PCB content). The material impacted the soil and grass beneath the utility pole located in a residential back yard. The release has been stopped. A contractor is on site handling clean up. Reporting Party company will be testing the release material for PCB content and update with results.
