g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: Due to a blockage in the sewage main, sewage began releasing from a manhole cover out onto the road and into a nearby storm drain. There is a potential for the material to enter the nearby Salsa Creek, but has not done so at the time of report. The release is ongoing and the amount released is subject to change. Pending an investigation, the start time of the release is also subject to change. The City of Oakland will be conducting cleanup and maintenance.
