DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, the lift station experienced a brief power loss, resulting in the release of approximately 20 gallons of sewage onto the concrete curb and gutter, which subsequently flowed into an open channel leading to the Santa Ana River. The responsible party reports that approximately 10 gallons of the release have been recovered. The release has been stopped and contained.
