g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, The responsible party's vessal was lost and was floating between the Sacramento River and San Joaquin River. The vessel eventually struck the reporting party's (RP) dock. When the RP requested the responsible party to remove the vessal, the responsible party may have intentionally sunk the vessel, resulting in a release of oil and gas, which has created a 20-foot long spill currently in a U-shape. The vessel is a 30-foot boat located next to a 70-foot dock. The release is ongoing, and no cleanup efforts have been made at this time. The vessel is likely submerged, with only the mast visible. However, further investigation is needed to confirm whether the boat is currently underwater.
