g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, a structure fire that started in a garage as a result from falling debris caused a riser to catch on fire. This caused an ongoing release of natural gas into the atmosphere. Fire Dept and So Cal Gas crews are on scene for fire mitigation and release containment. 8 homes have been evacuated and 2 roads (Pepper St & 4th St) have been closed. Reporting party will send updates when available
