DESCRIPTION: | Per the Reporting party : "A locomotive traveling 13 MPH derailed on a single rail line located in a railroad yard due to a faulty track. 2 wheels came off the track; the locomotive remained up right, the locomotive was not pulling any cars. Locomotive #MET2001, Train # "2300 Job". There was no hazmat release and no injuries. Finch Road is currently blocked at the track crossing. CHP and County Roads are on scene; estimated time to re-open the road one hour. | ||
