Orignal Description:Per the reporting party: US Coast Guard is transmitting radiological radar at the RPs house. The caller is experiencing burring, itching, and damage to various organs such as thee liver , prostrate and gall bladder. This release has not been stopped or contained and no water ways were reported to have been impacted.
