Orignal Description:Per reporting party, a pipe in the sampling shed was blocked causing a release of sewage at 1.5 gpm into the Arroyo Seco. Release has been stopped as of 0700 hours. Release was deemed unrecoverable due to the sun evaporating it. | ||||||
