g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party, two ten gallon pole mounted transformers had a mechanical failure which lead to the release of the above listed transformer oil. The incident was discovered at 1800 in the evening of 04/03/2024. The transformers are still leaking, so the spill is not stopped. PG&E personnel are working to repair the transformer, and they have contained the spill. The spill only impacted the ground (soil) beneath the pole mounted transformers. Clean Harbors will be conducting the clean-up. | ||
