g. DESCRIPTION: | Per Reporting Party: A San Joaquin sheriff deputy, while on patrol, found over 30 5 quart plastic oil jugs on the shoulder of the road. Due to the illegal dumping, 4 gallons of oil did leak into the soil. The deputy let road maintenance know. The clean up has been conducted and the contaminated soil removed. All materials were taken to the county HHW for proper disposal. The spill is stopped and contained. No waterways were impacted. | ||
