Orignal Description:Per reporting party, a tractor struck a pole-mounted transformer, causing it to fall and land in an agricultural field. This resulted in the release of approximately 10-15 gallons of mineral oil with unknown PCB content onto the soil and standing water. No waterways were impacted by this release. A contractor is en route to determine the PCB content. The reporting party will provide more information when available. | ||||||
