DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: A truck was filled with treated non hazardous leachate and was sent to be weighed on a scale, however during transit it was discovered that a valve on the back of the truck was open causing the material to release out onto the concrete. The on-site crew conducted rapid cleanup of the material.
