g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : A vehicle hit a utility pole causing it and the pole mounted transformer to fall to the ground causing the release of Non-PCB FR3 Mineral Oil. The material impacted sand and dirt around the utility pole, no waterways or storm drains affected. The release has been stopped. A PG&E crew is on scene for repairs. A contractor, Clean Harbors, is on site handling clean up. There were no known roadway closures. It is unknown if anyone was injured in the vehicle accident. It is unknown law enforcement or fire department were on scene.
