Orignal Description:Per reporting party, mechanical failure to a pole mounted transformer caused a release of 53 gallons of oil onto the roadway with impacts into a storm. Release has been stopped and contained. Contractors conducted clean up and recovery from the impacted storm drain. | ||||||
