g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: Due to manhole from a sewer line being obstructed with toys, rocks, and other material it caused the backing up of the sewer. The manhole lid was opened, causing the release of about 10,000 gallons of sewage onto the ground and dirt. It has been cleaned and removed by reporting party, taken to the local landfill. No waterways were impacted.
