g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party at 1026 hours a coil malfunctioned on an Evap System causing an alarm sensor to automatically shut down the system. It is reported that 26 PPM of Ammonia was released for less than 7 minutes. This release has been stopped and contained but the 26 PPM of Ammonia is unrecoverable. No water ways were impacted and a contractor was called out to perform the repairs. | ||
