g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : A tree feel on an overhead power line causing damage to the pole mounted transformer. Less than 2 gallons of transformer oil consisting of 318 PPM PCB released onto the soil and vegetation below the utility pole. The release has been stopped. The soil and vegetation that was impacted has been removed by contractor (Clean Harbors); the area was USA'd (utility marking notification) for additional clean up. No waterways were impacted. PG&E crews repaired damaged line and transformer.
