g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a third party vehicle accident caused the release when it collided with the pad mounted transformer. The spill impacted the concrete pad underneath the transformer, the surrounding soil, and a PG&E vault. No waterways were impacted. Clean Harbors will be cleaning up the spill. West Sacramento Police Department responded.
