g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a third-party contractor accidentally drove a vehicle into Diamond Valley Lake, which serves as a drinking water source. Upon visual inspection, no release of contaminants was observed. There is no potential for a release, and notifications have been made regarding the incident. The vehicle was subsequently towed out of the lake. The driver sustained injuries for reasons that remain unclear and was transported to a local hospital, where they have been reported to be in stable condition.
