| g. DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party, a blockage from a manhole cover has caused a sewage release impacting a 100 ft by 200 ft area. The release is ongoing, discharging approximately 5 gallons per minute for at least an hour. Sewage has entered a storm drain and may reach Monterey Bay. Cleanup will be managed by the City of Pacific Grove. Monterey Fire Department is currently on-site to mitigate the release and is working to contain and divert it using dirt. | ||
