g. DESCRIPTION:	Reporting states an estimated 25 gallons of crude oil is located on a beach, and in the water. It is unknown if it contains hydrocarbons. Some rocks have been covered by sludge, and puddles with a rainbow sheen were formed from outgoing tide. No sea life has been discovered to be affected. As tide comes back in it is anticipated to increase the sheen, and potential for wildlife to be discovered. This spill may be due to natural seepage. The cause of the spill currently unknown, and is under investigation. There are no tar balls visible, just sludge/coating of rocks and the shoreline. Beach may be closed/signs posted after investigation.
