g. DESCRIPTION: Per NRC report: Caller reports an unknown amount of sewage has been released to the ground and deep creek (protected forestry). The material is coming from a ruptured 40 year old septic tank. The cause of the release of
materials is the tank is outdated and neglect. The release of these materials has been going on since covid. Caller states there is also an olympic size swimming pool that has multiple cracks that allow pool water to be released as well. This material also goes into deep creek, which is about 50-100 feet away. Caller states the entire camp smells like sewer gas. 100 feet from the creek is a water well that may be impacted. The children use the well Remedial Action: Caller states the company is scrambling now to try and figure out what the problem is
