Orignal Description:An overhead transformer failed due to inclement weather. The incident resulted in a damaged transformer and a release of mineral oil onto soil. PG&E crews responded to the scene and isolated the area. No fires or injuries were reported. Permanent repairs and a cleanup are pending.
Update(s): 03/29/2023 05:43:11 PM - Reporting party states lab results confirms non detect for PCB. The clean up is completed at 1600 hours 03/29/2023. ; 03/31/2023 08:01:09 AM - Reporting party is updating the incident location to 16580 Burl Lane, Bodega, CA 95465.
