g. DESCRIPTION: A passing train observed a damaged vehicle near a crossing. CHP and Los Angeles Sheriff's Department responded and reported that it appeared that the vehicle may have collided with a train. The vehicle was unoccupied. No train reported knowing having collided with a vehicle. The only other train in the area is still transiting and will be inspected when it reaches Fresno. The suspected train is the North Bound #MWCFR of the 11. Lead locomotive #UP3070. The nearest crossing is at 116th St. DOT Crossing #750709M. No waterways impacted
