DESCRIPTION: Per caller, mechanic at air operations center was holding substance in a plastic container and the handle broke off resulting in the release of the substance onto the mechanics arm and leg and ground. Mechanic sustained a 1st degree burn and was transported to a hospital. Release has been contained. Los Angeles County Fire conducted clean up. No waterways impacted.
