g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, the Harbor Police of San Diego discovered an abandoned vessel that was sinking. The Harbor Patrol's vessel unit was dewatering the vessel, and an unknown sheen was observed in the water. The sheen was caused by the partial sinking of the vessel, and it is a combination of oil and diesel fuel. There is a tow boat recovering the vessel. The sinking vessel's vessel identification number is: Z3922KF000, and it's license number is: 3922 KFN. Tow Boat USA is performing the clean-up including vessel recovery. It is a 32 foot vessel, and it's body class is C. Currently the spill is not stopped or contained.
