DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party: A oil container drum caught fire due to unknown reasons, responding fire department put out the fire resulting in a release of oil and fire suppression water onto asphalt and concrete. No waterways were impacted, clean up is ongoing, local fire department cleaned up the spill on public property and a contractor will be conducting clean up on private property at a later time. Absorbents were placed on public property line. Evacuation of 1 tenant at 1700 hours, evacuation ended at 1805 hours.
