Orignal Description:Per reporting party, A manhole was overflowing with approximatley 200 gallons of sewage, spilling onto the asphalt. The discharge is flowing into a storm drain, but the blockage has been contained. Mitigation efforts are still currently ongoing. The release rate is estimated to be at least one gallon per minute. Cleanup efforts will be managed by the City of Oakland. | ||||||
