Per Reporting Party: Ground water that doesn't meet ground water standards is being released on a hill side in quantities reaching 84,000 gallons per day. The water is being release from two commercial sprinkler heads. The water is impacting wildlife and a stream that connects to the Lake Hodges stream system. The release is ongoing at the time of this report. It is unknown who will conduct cleanup.
