Per reporting party : Boat towed to dock after having issue during the drive, it went out on idle speed and was swamped by large rake that hit the valve. Once the boat was at the dock it started sinking.There is no release or sheen seen, but it does have about 6 gallons of fuel and 5-6 qts of oil. in tank
