Orignal Description:Per reporting party: Sewage was spilling from a private lateral at USC Medical Center. The sewage was coming from a cleanout and released into the roadside curb, going straight into a storm drain (unknown where the storm drain leads). Cleanup of the area is complete, but sewage was not recovered.
Update(s): 11/24/2023 01:49:09 PM - Per the reporting party, of the 1,500 gallons of sewage discharged, only 1,000 gallons went into the storm drain. In addition, 500 gallons were recovered..
