g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a stand mounted Current Transformer Potential Transformer (CTPT) experienced a mechanical failure which caused the release of the listed material. The transformer had a 130 gallon capacity, and the actual amount of material spilled has not been determined. The spill impacted gravel and soil near the transformer. No waterways were impacted. American Integrated Services will be performing the clean-up.
