g. DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party, broken release valve on a force main line caused the release of approximately 3,382 gallons of sewage onto the road. The release is believed to have started on 07/08/2024 but was discovered on 09/10/2024 at 1130 hours. The release was stopped and contained on 09/11/2024 at 1000 hours. No waterways were impacted by this release. The reporting party has made permanent repairs and will oversee the cleanup process, including the removal of contaminated soil. | ||
