g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, A freight train (LWJ62 of the 25th), struck a trespasser along the listed subdivision not at a railroad crossing. The train came to a stop and the UPRR Control Office was notified. The San Jose PD is on-scene and an investigation is underway. The incident resulted in 1 fatality at this time with the mainline being closed. Upon completion of the investigation, the train will continue along its route. No derailment occurred, no HazMat released, and no waterways were impacted.
