DESCRIPTION: Caller states a street sweeper used for cleaning services caught fire for reasons currently unknown, resulting in a release of less than 25 gallons of Hydraulic Fluid and less than 25 gallons of diesel onto an asphalt surface. Some of the released material traveled into a nearby storm drain, which leads into San Juan Creek. The release has been stopped and contained, but there has been an impact on waterways. A contractor is on scene to recover the material that entered the storm drain.
