g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, at approximately 1920 this evening, a freight tractor-trailer truck, which was travelling with an empty trailer, caught fire causing the release of the listed fuel and water mixture. The release impacted the dirt shoulder of the roadway in a swath approximately 160 feet long by 5 feet wide. No waterways were impacted, and the release is stopped and contained. Eppler Towing is performing the clean-up. Cal Fire Madera responded to this incident and successfully extinguished the fire.
