g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a failed valve from the surge tank of the pump station released 300 gallons of sewage off the property. Approximately 10 gallons released into the drainage pipe directly into the Tembladero Slough. The release was noticed at approximately 0830 hours and has been stopped and contained. Clean up will be conducted by the reporting party.
