Orignal Description:Per the reporting party: A driver operating a Penske vehicle ran over a piece of debris on the northbound on ramp of I-15. This piece of debris punctured the vehicles fuel tank causing a release of approximately 50 gallons of diesel to spill onto the asphalt and dirt . The Deer Springs Fire Dept. is on scene conducting cleanup.
