Orignal Description:Per the Reporting Party: During a hydro test on an 8 inch below ground pipeline (M-141) the injected water leaked out of a failed flange gasket. The release has been stopped. Employees excavated where the failed flange was located and all released water is contained to that excavated hole. Jet fuel was previously transported via this pipe line prior to the water injection test. A vacuum truck is being requested to remove the water from the hole; employees are working on repairing the flange gasket. No waterways were affected. A contractor is also in route to assist with clean up.
