Orignal Description:The reporting party states that there was vapor coming from the top of Tank Car: UTLX632011. The tank car contains sodium hydroxide, and it is unknown what is causing the release. It is unknown if the release has been stopped or contained. The reporting party is currently conducting an investigation.

The reporting party is updating that Rail Car: TILX135685 was releasing sulfur molten due to a torn manway door gasket obstructing a seal. The release has been stopped and secured. There are no unmet needs.
