Orignal Description:Per reporting party: While a chlorine cylinder was being filled it released an unknown amount of chlorine out to the atmosphere due to loose valve. The release started at 0819 hours and was controlled at 0825 hours. There was an evacuation of 4 people but they have now returned to work area. No waterways were impacted.
