g. DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party : there was a blockage in a horizontal sewer line causing an overflow through a man hole cover. The overflow went into the street and then into a storm drain which leads to 14th Avenue Creek and San Antonio (unknown if water currently in creek or dry); this creek if flowing would ultimately reach San Francisco Bay. Crews are in process of stopping the release; they are using sand bags to attempt to contain the overflow. Reporting party will be calling back with an update.
