Orignal Description:RP states there has been dredging operations going on in the San Rafael Canal near his home, both the RP and his Neighbors are now seeing a sheen in the water spanning the length of the neighborhood and believe the sheen is gasoline or diesel fuel, cannot confirm if the release spans to the San Pablo Bay. There is a smell of gas or diesel in the air in the mornings. Seems to be getting progressively worse over the past three days.
